Here we familiarize freshers with the tools, languages, and frameworks used in the company, Train on coding standards, version control, and development best practices. Introduction to Agile/Scrum methodologies or any project management frameworks used are covered under the program.

Customized training based on the specific department (e.g., development, QA, support). There will be opportunities for freshers to shadow experienced employees in their roles.
