Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager for Surveillance Products in India, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration across the region. Leveraging your deep understanding of the surveillance industry and established network within the Indian market, to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for surveillance products in South India.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and solution team.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and distribution channels, to expand market reach.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in sales management within the surveillance products industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in India.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to travel extensively within South India.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in surveillance, security, and IoT (Internet of Things).
